Custom-made orders

All orders are custom made and as such, once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Fit

DuctStop has an underside fit / cavity of 296 × 97 mm and is suitable for floor openings approximately 300 × 100 mm. Customers must measure their existing floor opening before ordering.

Production

Production is generally 1–2 weeks. Customers receive an approximate production completion date and a further update when an order is ready for shipping or collection.

Shipping and pickup

Flat rate shipping is $30 Australia-wide, regardless of quantity. Free pickup is available by appointment from the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The exact pickup address is provided only when the order is ready for collection.

Warranty and faulty products

DuctStop includes a 1-year warranty. Faulty products may be returned in accordance with the warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
