Installation Steps
Follow these simple steps to install DuctStop.

Check the opening
Confirm the opening is approximately 300 × 100 mm and suitable for the 296 × 97 mm underside fit.

Secure if required
Apply a suitable bead of silicone to the floor surface if additional hold is required.

Finished!
Position DuctStop over the opening and allow any silicone used to cure according to its instructions.

Will DuctStop fit my floor vent?+
DuctStop is designed to fit standard Australian floor ducting outlets. The underside fit / cavity is 296 × 97 mm and is suitable for floor openings approximately 300 × 100 mm. Measure your existing floor opening before ordering.
How do I install DuctStop?+
Remove the old floor vent, check the opening, position DuctStop, and use a suitable bead of silicone if additional hold is required.
Do I need screws?+
No. DuctStop is a one-piece product and does not require screws, mounting brackets or additional hardware.
Can DuctStop be used on carpet, timber and tile floors?+
Yes, provided the existing opening is suitable and the surrounding floor provides a stable surface for the DuctStop face.
Is DuctStop Australian Made?+
Yes. DuctStop is Australian Made.
How long does production take?+
Each DuctStop is custom made to order. Production is generally 1–2 weeks. You will receive an order email with an approximate production completion date and a later shipping update.
What is your returns policy?+
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted because each order is custom made. Faulty products may be returned and DuctStop includes a 1-year warranty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
Yes. 1–4 covers are $29.00 each, 5–9 covers are $27.50 each, and 10 or more covers are $25.00 each. Prices include GST.
How much is shipping?+
$30 flat rate shipping Australia-wide, regardless of quantity. Melbourne pickup is available by appointment.
Can I cancel after ordering?+
All orders are custom made and as such, once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled.
